TREATMENT THROUGH TELEHEALTH
Option for clients who require follow ups on the go, or an initial assessment for those that do not have the time or the ability to come in for an in-clinic visit.
Telehealth gives our clients ease of access to our therapists, both locally and nationally. Our skills transfer seamlessly to the telehealth format, since we focus on client independence and education, regardless of the setting.
Who benefits from video visits:
Clients in any stage of the onset of pain spectrum ( acute pain, subacute pain in the first 7 weeks of an injury, and chronic/nagging injuries)
Busy professionals or schedules that limits the time available for an in person visit
Those who travel frequently
Clients who have limited access to providers in their area, or have a need for therapists with our skill set and speciality practice experiences
Someone who wants a second opinion from a therapist with our fields of expertise
A client who is not local to Jacksonville, Florida. We are licensed in the states of FL, NJ, UT, GA, SC, and due to emergency orders, we may be able to treat clients in other states. Please contact us for information.

Receive the same quality assessment you receive with us during an in office. Our clinical assessment skills are transferable to video visits since we always emphasize self assessment and client independence. The majority of our patients have the ability to self-treat without the need of hands-on treatment, and this allows the patient to decrease cost and dependency on physical therapy care. If in-person care if is deemed necessary, we can identify within that first session and direct you to resources.
Many patients use a mixture of some visits that are on-line and some that are in-clinic.
How it works:
Scheduling for a Video visit is the same process as scheduling for an in-house assessment or follow up.
All states in which we currently see patients have direct access in place. This means you do not need a referral to come see us. Use our scheduling page to set up your appointment and receive all pre-appointment forms.
We currently have licenses to treat in FL, GA, SC, NJ, and Utah.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic emergency orders, we have the ability to provide telehealth services to additional states than those listed above. As this is a changing situation, please reach out for more information if you are outside the states listed above.
